How to Program Rollease Automate Shades

Programming your Rollease Automate ARC Motor is simple. Follow our guide below to learn how to program your Rollease Automate ARC Motor. This guide will go over how to set top limits and lower limits.

How to unlock the Automate Remote

1. Locate the lock button on the top right of the battery compartment
2. Tap the lock button
3. If a "U" is displayed on the screen, the remote is unlocked.
4. If an "L" is displayed on the screen, the remote is locked. To unlock, press and hold the same button until a "U" appears on the screen. 

Adjust Top Limit

1. Press "UP" and "STOP" simultaneously until the motor jogs and beeps
2. Move the shade to the desired top position
3. Press "UP" and "STOP" simultaneously until the motor jogs and beeps

Adjust Lower Limit

1. Press "UP" and "DOWN" simultaneously until the motor jogs and beeps
2. Move the shade to the desired bottom position
3. Press "UP" and "DOWN " simultaneously until the motor jogs and beeps

Add or remove a channel on the same remote using P1

1. Select the channel you want to copy to
2. Press and hold P1 until the motor jogs and beeps
3. Press and hold "STOP" until the motor jogs and beeps

Add or remove a channel on another remote using P1

1. Select the channel you wan to copy to on the second remote
2. Press and hold P1 until the motor jogs and beeps
3. Press and hold STOP on the 2nd remote until the motor jogs and beeps

Add or remove a channel on the same remote using P2

1. Select the channel you want to copy from
2. Press P2, the motor will jog and beep
3. Press P2, the motor will jog and beep
4. Within 4 seconds, select the channel you want to copy to on the second remote
5. Press P2 on the second remote. The motor will jog and beep

Add or remove a channel on another remote using P2

1. Select the channel you want to copy from on the first remote
2. Select the channel you want to copy to on the second remote
3. Press P2 on the first remote. The motor will jog and beep.
4. Press P2 on the first remote once again. The motor will jog and beep.
5. Within 4 seconds, press P2 on the 2nd remote. The motor will jog and beep.
