Warranty

RolleaseAcmedaMotors.com warrants to the original purchaser that products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for sixty days. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Freight charges are not included.

This warranty do not include any conditions, cover any losses or damages resulting from (1) abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, normal wear and tear, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, water, acts of God, and war (2) the color change that occurs with the passage of time, and/or (3) failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. These warranties do not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall RolleaseAcmedaMotors.com be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
