Measuring a Cord Loop for a Roller Shade

Cord loops can sometimes become damaged over time. However, measuring and replacing a cord loop is a cheap and simple fix. We will go over how to measure a cord loop for your roller shade. You can do this a few different ways.

1. If the old cord loop is still in the shade, see how far it hangs and round to the nearest foot.
2. If the cord loop is not there, measure the length of the blind. Typically, a cord loop is about 75% of the blind's length. However, you can shorten or lengthen this estimate if you'd like.
3. You can also take the old cord loop and measure its length on a flat surface.
